Excel : Pase Special tab

 The Paste Special option in Excel is a powerful tool that allows you to customize the way that data is pasted from the clipboard. It gives you the ability to control the format, contents and even the formula of the cells you are pasting.

When you copy data in Excel and then right-click on the destination cell, you will see the option "Paste Special" in the context menu. When you select this option, a dialog box will appear with several options. Some of the most commonly used options are:

Values: This option pastes only the values of the copied cells, and not the formatting or formulas.

Formulas: This option pastes the formulas of the copied cells and not the values or formatting.

Formats: This option pastes the formatting of the copied cells, but not the values or formulas.

All: This option pastes everything including the values, formulas, and formatting.

Column Widths: This option pastes the column widths of the copied cells, but not the values, formulas, or formatting.

Validation: This option pastes the validation rules of the copied cells, but not the values, formulas, or formatting.

Comments: This option pastes the comments of the copied cells, but not the values, formulas, or formatting.
