Sort & Filter: This group contains tools for sorting and filtering data in your worksheets. You can use the Sort button to sort data based on one or more columns, the Filter button to filter data based on specific criteria, and the Clear button to clear any sorting or filtering applied to the data.
Data Tools: This group contains tools for working with data validation, data connections, and data consolidation. You can use the Data Validation button to set rules for data entry in specific cells, the Connections button to connect to external data sources, and the Consolidate button to combine data from multiple ranges into one range.
Get & Transform Data: This group contains tools for working with external data, such as web scraping, data queries, and data modeling. You can use the From Web button to import data from a website, the From Table button to import data from a table on a webpage, the From Text button to import data from a CSV file, and the From Other Sources button to import data from other sources like databases, folders or other excel files.
